STUFF PUMPKIN FLOWERS WITH MINCE PORK

Ingredient                      

–        mince pork : 0,3 kg

–         mince mushroom : 2 table spoon

–        pumpkin flowers : 10

–        fried garlic : 1 table spoon

–      sesame oil : 1 tea spoon

– rice flour : 2 big spoons

– chicken stock : 1 tea spoon

– fish sauce : 1 tea spoon

– pepper : a little

– paprika oil : 1 tea spoon

Preparation

Cleaned pumpkin flowers , mix together mince pork with pepper , sesame oil , fried garlic , fish sauce ,

chicken stock, suger about 10 minutes then stuff in a pumpkin flowers.

Rice flour mix with water and paprika oil (2 flour to 2 water )

Cooking methord

–       Pour a lot of vegetables oil into the pan and wait until it hot enough with small fire. put pumpkin

flowers in mix flour first then put in to the oil. Turn over again and again until you see the golden brown

color. Take it out remove oil. eat with sweet chili sauce.
